WORCESTER-Nestor Ramirez, 25, died Sunday, May 13, 2012.

He leaves his father and stepmother, Maury and Elvira Ramirez of Worcester; his mother Julia Garcia of Boynton Beach, FL; three sisters, Yajaira Paulino, Eileen Soto, and Mary Cruz all of Worcester; his paternal grandmother, Luisa Ramirez of Auburn; his maternal grandmother, Josefina Garcia of Worcester; many nephews and nieces and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Victor Paulino.

Nestor was born in Worcester, graduated from Doherty High School and attended ITT Tech. In his younger years, Nestor enjoyed practicing Kung Fu and playing soccer, and he was a member and volunteer of the Boys and Girls Club. He was a member of the United Church of Christ.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, May 19 at 10:00 AM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday, May 18 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
