Theresa A. (Halley) Henderson, 82, of Worcester passed away Wednesday, July 4 in St. Vincent Hospital, after a brief illness.

She leaves her husband of 48 years, John G. Henderson; two beloved sons, John L. Henderson and his wife Sabine of Worcester and James G. Henderson and his wife Lisa of West Boylston; a grand-daughter, Lily Henderson; two sisters, Margaret Desavage of Northboro and Helen Nugent of Worcester and nieces and nephews. Two brothers, John and Laurence Halley and two sisters, Doris Anderson and Mary Halley predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Marion (Lizotte) Halley and graduated from Commerce High School.

Theresa worked at Paul Revere Insurance Company for several years before retiring. She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church and the Alpha Club at Paul Revere. She loved spending time with her sisters. Theresa enjoyed watching football and loved the New England Patriots. Theresa was a very special woman and kind to everyone she knew.

The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 7 at 10 AM in Our Lady of Rosary Church, 25 Fales St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. There are no visiting hours.
