BOYLSTON- Margaret M. (Ryan) Shaughnessy, 87, of Boylston passed away Thursday, June 14 at the Radius Healthcare Center in Worcester.

She leaves her husband of 60 years, John F. Shaughnessy; two sons, Paul Shaughnessy of Sterling and Neil Shaughnessy of Worcester; three grandchildren, Ryan, Keith and Teagan; and a great-grand-daughter, Selina. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Christy J. and Susie B. (Nicholson) Ryan and graduated from Commerce High School.

Peg enjoyed spending her summers in Marshfield with her grandchildren and her family most of all. When not traveling in Europe with her husband and friends, she loved her Tuesday Tole painting class in Paxton, which gave her nothing but friendship and happiness.

The family would like to thank the Town of Bolyston EMS for all their help and care.

A Funeral Mass for Peg will be held Monday, June 18 at 10:30 AM in St. Mary of the Hills Church, 630 Cross St. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
